Tuition Fees

Student from Bolivia
Although tuition fees are charged on an annual basis, all new applicants must pay at least one term's fees before admission can be finalised and the issuing of a Confirmation of Acceptance for Study. Tuition fee payments are due separately from the initial non-refundable Application Fee of £125.00 (Full-time Applicants) or £35.00 (Part-time Applicants).
There are only two ways in which annual tuition fees can be paid, as outlined below.
Annual fees in advance, attracting 10% discount.
There is a 10% discount for all annual tuition fees that are paid in full in advance. For instance, full-time annual fees for most programmes will be £2,970 if paid in full in advance, instead of the stated £3,300. Similarly, the fees for most of the part-time programmes (e.g. Part-time Diploma in Ministerial Studies) are £627 if paid in full in advance, instead of the stated £660
Payment of first term fees followed by monthly instalments through automated Standing Order a UK bank account.
Students who cannot pay their full annual fees in advance must pay at least their first term fees in advance, and then set up a monthly standing order through a UK bank account which must start within their first 8 weeks in the college. Students who do not yet have an account should get a sponsor, friend or relative to set this up on their behalf.
Tuition fees stated below are for the 2010 academic year. Fees are subject to annual increments. Please read the 'Policies on Fees' that immediately follows.

Policies on Fees (Notes):
We depend on students’ fees for operating costs. We therefore lay strong emphasis upon financial responsibility by students, viewing prompt payment of fees as evidence of good stewardship.
- Tuition fee payments are due separately from the initial non-refundable Application Fee of £125.00 (full-time) or £35.00 (part-time).
- Students who cannot pay their full annual fees in advance must pay their first term fees and then set up a monthly standing order through their UK bank account.
- Students who pay their full annual fees in advance get a 10% discount, and therefore need only pay 90% of the full fees, as shown.
- There may be an additional annual fee of no more than £400 payable for annual registration for some of the degree programmes (e.g. BTh). Do ask when applying.
- Postgraduate students will continue to be charged full annual tuition fees, even after the scheduled initial completion date of your programme up until the end of the academic year in which the final piece of coursework (i.e. final dissertation) has been graded.
- Exclusions: University registration, graduation fees, external exams and book costs are not normally included in the stated tuition prices.
Refund Policy
Note: All prospective students who apply to the college and their sponsors will be deemed to have read and understood this refund policy, and are therefore legally bound by its terms.
No refunds will be made of Application Fees paid, under any circumstances. This includes those who are refused UK visas from their home country. However, subject to the clauses below, refunds will be paid on tuition fees paid within 24 months from initial application only. After 24 months, no refunds will be paid. Ask for the WRR (Withdrawal & Refund Request) Form.
In relation to tuition fees paid in advance, overseas applicants who have paid at least a full term’s fees and then withdraw based only on the fact that they were refused a visa (evidence of which must be submitted along with WRR form) will be entitled to a refund less an administrative charge of £200.
However overseas applicants who were refused a visa because they completed the Tier 4 form wrongly, did not provide the required documents, submitted fraudulent documents or were untruthful to the UK Border Agency will not be entitled to any refund. We will accept the decision of the UK Border Agency as final in such cases.
UK full-time applicants who have paid at least a full term’s fees and then withdraw based only on the fact that they were refused a visa (evidence of which must be submitted along with WRR form) will also be entitled to a refund less the administrative charge of £200.
UK full-time international applicants who were refused a visa because they completed the Tier 4 form wrongly, did not provide the required documents, submitted fraudulent documents or were untruthful to the UK Border Agency will not be entitled to any refund. We will accept the decision of the UK Border Agency as final in such cases.
In the event of ‘Withdrawal’ before a Student Visa decision: Refunds will NOT be given under any circumstances, regardless whether a student is unable to take up the course or continue for any reason. Candidates will be reported immediately to UK Border Agency.
After Student Visa approval: Once the student visa is approved, refunds will NOT be given under any circumstances, regardless of whether a student is unable to travel to take up the course or continue for any reason. Candidates will be reported immediately to UK Border Agency.
After joining the College: Students who have already attended any classes and are then refused a visa will still be liable for tuition for at least the full term even if they only attended a few days.
Part-time applicants who withdraw using the WRR form will receive a refund of tuition fees paid less £100.
The Withdrawal Date is when we receive notification in writing and the completed WRR Form with relevant documents. You must allow up to 6 weeks for authorisation and payment of refunds. We only make refunds to recipients in the UK, not to applicants or sponsors overseas.
We reserve the right to change or amend any refund procedures at our discretion, at anytime and without notice.
No refund of any fees paid will be made after a period of 24 months has lapsed from your initial application.
